2019 has been an amazing year for me. I had a story published for the first time, I started my new author website and blog, and I've had more confidence as a writer than I ever have before. This was the year I finally felt I could call myself an author.
My biggest accomplishment this year by far was finishing the manuscript for my children's book Just Momma. I've worked for three years on this story and was almost in tears when I finally wrote the words The End. As we speak it is with my editor and I'm looking forward to hearing, good or bad, what she has to say.
So, what will the year 2020 bring? For me, publishing Just Momma is my top writing priority. I plan to read more than I did this year, and finish the manuscript of my fantasy novel The Five Kingdoms.
As we close on the year 2019, I want to say a sincere thank you to all of my followers, whether here on my blog or on my Facebook page. Without you I wouldn't have the support and confidence to continue writing. I'm very grateful to have everyone along on this great adventure. I absolutely love writing for all of you and I hope you'll come back in 2020 to see all the excitement the New Year has in store.
